Some new faces among old friends....

The last couple of days we have been busy! We apologize for no blog yesterday, but we were away from home and staying close to the water. No wireless access unfortunately means no updates. So, since I am home tonight, please allow me to give a brief update from our last couple days.

The past couple days we had some familiar faces from out of state. We also had with us some new clients and we are glad they were successful as well.

To start, we were very fortunate to be with the guys from Tennessee once again! This was their fourth trip with us and once again it was successful!

JEFF STARTS HIS DAY WITH A VERY NICE CHROME HEN

Day one started early on the Alley, and we didn't waste time getting on fish! Numerous hook-ups had the guys smiling and questioning what they did wrong, depending upon the outcome....we've all been there!

JEFF CONTINUES WITH A NICELY COLORED BUCK

One of the flies that was (and has been) responsible for a number of fish is the "Senyo's Ice Man Minnow Tube." You can see the fly in action in the photo below. If you are interested in tying this pattern, go to our fly tying blog.

After Jeff's jump on the game, Eric was quick to join in. Eric is an avid outdoorsman and just last fall discovered the game of Steelheading. He is now a believer and loves any opportunity he gets to throw a line for these awesome game fish!

ERIC WEIGHS IN WITH A NICE BUCK

As the day(s) continued on, the fish came to hand and were released to fight another day. Below is a selection of photos from our couple of days out on the water. More photos will be added as they come in from the guys.

So, it was a successful couple of days. There are more photos out there yet, and we will add them as they come in.

Until then, get out and wet a line. We will have most of our staff out the next few days if rain doesn't blow us out.

We will be back with updates as soon as we are able.

Tight Lines,
